Description: Northspyre is looking for a talented freelance marketing designer to support our in-house team on a project-by-project basis. We’re a fast-growing real estate development platform that empowers teams to deliver complex projects on time and on budget — and we need a designer who can help us bring that mission to life through beautifully branded content. We’re looking for someone who: Understands how to interpret brand guidelines and apply them consistently across all design work. Has experience creating visually compelling ebooks, webinar/presentation decks, and digital advertising assets (e.g., social media graphics, display banners, etc.). Can take raw content and turn it into polished, professional designs that communicate clearly and drive engagement. Is comfortable working independently, hitting deadlines, and receiving feedback from multiple stakeholders. Has strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
