About This Position: We’re looking for a proactive, tech-savvy Online Business Manager (OBM) to help drive execution, ensure streamlined operations, and manage a remote team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in turning vision into action, keeping processes simple, and ensuring smooth execution across projects, events, and key initiatives. As OBM, you’ll partner with the COO, helping remove operational roadblocks so leadership can focus on growth. You’ll oversee team management, reporting, live event coordination, vendor management, marketing operations oversight and KPI monitoring. If you don’t have prior experience in these areas, this role may not be the best fit. This is a hands-on, execution-driven role that requires working closely with the CEO, COO, and remote team to ensure clarity, accountability, and seamless project completion. What You’ll Do: Remote Team & Vendor Management: Oversee, support, and coordinate the team to meet deadlines and execute efficiently. Project & Operations Management: Keep projects on track, ensure tools and processes remain simple and scalable, and manage key metrics. Live Event & Challenge Coordination: Lead and execute our 5-day live challenges and other virtual events, ensuring smooth execution with minimal errors. Process Optimization & SOP Management: Maintain and improve systems, tools, and workflows to enhance efficiency. Technology Oversight: Ensure tools like ClickUp (project management), Zoom (event coordination), ClickFunnels (sales/marketing), ActiveCampaign (email automation), and Circle (community management) are being used effectively. Client & Program Success: Support program execution, update content and SOPs, and assist in maintaining a high-quality experience. Financial & HR Admin: Manage team payroll, invoicing, and hiring processes, ensuring smooth and compliant operations. Must-Have Qualifications 3+ years experience in a similar role (OBM, Operations Manager, Integrator, or similar). Proven ability to translate vision into execution while keeping things organized and simple. Experience in remote team leadership, project management, and live event execution. Strong familiarity with online business operations, digital marketing, and automation tools. Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work between 9 AM – 3 PM CST, ensuring accessibility for the team and events.
