We’re looking for a scrappy, well-connected Joint Venture & Strategic Partnerships Manager to build a new revenue arm in our business. We help coaches grow through high-converting offers and proven funnels. Now, we want to expand through strategic partnerships, not just ads. If you have the network, the hustle, and the closing skills to plug our offers into partner audiences—this is a revenue seat. What You’ll Do: Identify aligned JV and affiliate partners (newsletters, course creators, influencers, etc.) Pitch them compelling partnership opportunities with revenue share or reciprocal value Build the relationship and manage logistics of co-hosted webinars, list promos, or affiliate pushes Handle outreach, negotiations, and execution Create repeatable campaigns and partner pipelines Track campaign performance and report metrics What We’re Looking For: You’ve done this before (launched 6–7 figure affiliate/JV campaigns or been a key player) You can create new relationships from scratch and close deals fast You’re organized, resourceful, and think in revenue, not “reach” Strong communicator—your DMs, pitches, and partner emails build instant credibility Familiarity with info products, high-ticket coaching, or SaaS (bonus) Compensation: Base + % of deal revenue you bring in Open to part-time, project-based, or trial contract Bonus structure for repeat deals and long-term wins In your application: Tell us: The biggest JV success you’ve been part of How you typically find and secure new JV partners Links or screenshots of deals you’ve helped make happen (if available) We move fast.
