I already have a curated list of potential guests I want to feature next, and I’m looking for someone who can help me get in contact with them and secure interviews. This role is perfect for someone who’s resourceful, persistent, and knows how to cut through the noise to reach high-level individuals professionally. Your Responsibilities Will Include: Reaching out to potential guests via email, LinkedIn, or appropriate channels Crafting or customizing compelling outreach messages (templates and previous examples provided) Following up consistently and professionally Scheduling interviews once confirmed Keeping a simple tracker updated with outreach status and progress What I’m Looking For: Proven experience with outreach, communications, or PR Excellent written English and professional communication skills Confidence in reaching out to C-suite executives, public figures, and their teams Organized, responsive, and results-driven Bonus if you have: Experience booking guests for podcasts or media Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn, Hunter.io, or CRMs A strategic approach to making outreach more effective
