Description: We are seeking an experienced Excel data analyst to support the enhancement of our marketing dashboards used across 13 home service brands. We're looking for someone highly skilled in Excel, data modeling, and campaign performance tracking to assist with the following: Project Scope: Build Two New Tabs for Each Brand Dashboard (13 total files): -Revenue by Campaign: Visualize and calculate monthly revenue tied to each marketing campaign. -ROI & CPL: Display ROI and Cost per Lead by campaign, source, and category. Create a Master Marketing Dashboard Template: -Based on existing dashboard structures, create a standardized, scalable template for future brand acquisitions. Audit & Validate Formulas Across Dashboards: -Review all formulas across the 13 dashboards to ensure everything is properly linked, accurate, and up to date. -Identify and update any broken formulas or inconsistencies in data flow between tabs. Required Experience: -Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, Named Ranges, Dynamic Formulas) -Experience building marketing or sales dashboards -Familiarity with performance marketing KPIs (CPL, ROI, conversion tracking, campaign attribution) -Strong attention to detail and ability to QA your own work Deliverables: -Updated dashboards for all 13 brands with the two new tabs -A master template for new brand dashboards -Full formula audit and documentation of any changes made Timeline: Ideally, we’d like to complete this within 3–4 weeks.
