About the Role We are seeking a Wireframe Developer with strong UX design skills and front-end sensibility to support the next phase of the CLIENT Reimagining the Digital Experience Project. This role will translate research insights, journey maps, and co-design outcomes into clickable wireframes, interaction flows, and annotated prototypes to guide development of CLIENTs portal and WEBSITE. You’ll work closely with designers, user researchers, and Clients stakeholders to build wireframes that are user-friendly, accessible (AODA-compliant), and mobile-responsive, supporting high-value use cases such as property lookup, Request For Reassessment submissions, and user dashboards. Key Responsibilities Translate user journeys, personas, and research findings into intuitive mid- and high-fidelity wireframes Create user flows, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Axure Participate in and support co-design workshops with stakeholders and end users Design reusable components aligned with CLIENTS’s evolving digital style guide Annotate wireframes clearly for developers, business owners, and content designers Iterate on wireframes based on feedback from usability testing and stakeholder reviews Ensure designs support mobile-first, responsive, and AODA-compliant experiences Collaborate closely with researchers, content strategists, and developers throughout the sprint cycles Required Skills & Experience 3–5 years experience in UX/UI or wireframe development for digital platforms Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centric wireframe and interaction design Proficiency in Figma, Axure, Sketch, or equivalent wireframing/prototyping tools Knowledge of web accessibility standards (AODA, WCAG 2.1) Experience designing for public sector or citizen-facing platforms is a plus Understanding of service design, usability heuristics, and responsive UI frameworks Strong communication and documentation skills Comfortable working in agile or hybrid design environments Bonus Skills Experience collaborating with researchers using personas and journey maps Familiarity with municipal or property data systems Ability to do light front-end HTML/CSS prototyping (optional) Bilingual (English/French) is an asset What Success Looks Like You will help bring CLIENTS’s future-state experience to life through wireframes and clickable prototypes that are grounded in real user needs.
