We’re seeking a talented and experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our team for long-term SaaS development projects. The software is already in-market with strong sales traction, and we’re actively building out new features and functionality. You’ll play a key role in collaborating with our current team, contributing across the full development lifecycle—from shaping architecture to deploying production-ready code. What You'll Do: Collaborate with other developers to enhance and scale our SaaS platform Design, develop, test, and maintain both frontend and backend components Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical discussions Implement best practices for performance, reliability, and scalability Tech Stack: Languages: Python, Java, JavaScript Frontend: React (Next.js experience a plus) Backend: REST APIs, cloud services (AWS preferred) Tools: Git, CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker) What We’re Looking For: 5+ years of professional full-stack development experience Strong proficiency in Python, React, and Java Proven ability to write high-quality, scalable software Self-starter comfortable working asynchronously with a remote team Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset Experience working in high-growth or startup environments is a plus Position Details: Full-time, remote (async, but aligned with Pacific Time Zone hours) Compensation: Up to $50–55/hour (salaried) Commitment: Long-term role with ongoing product development Note: We are not accepting agency applications Please include a resume with your proposal (proposals that do not include a resume will be automatically declined).
