Need dev to help launch Ethereum-based token with staking rewards and dashboard

I am looking to relaunch a token that was left for dead by the original developer. I need a developer who can build/code, from end-to-end, the following: An Ethereum-based token with buy/sell fees, that is time locked. Need help with launching this as well (likely a fair launch, although pre-sale is also being considered) A staking/reward contract where holders can stake the new Ethereum token and receive rewards in the form of an existing Ethereum meme token. This contract is also to be time locked Bonus: A dashboard that shows users relevant analytics (i.e. total circulating tokens, total staked tokens, fees collected and rewards distributed, etc). All the above would need to be subject to thorough testing and third party audits for final milestone payment. I'm looking for fixed price arrangements with specific milestones.
