Job Description: We are seeking an experienced developer to build an AI Agent to streamline our logistics and shipment management process. The agent will interact with a customer shipment portal, track shipment statuses, automate bidding via the DAT API, send email alerts, and provide a robust reporting UI. Scope of Work: Shipment Portal Interaction: Develop an AI Agent to log into our customer’s shipment portal and extract all available shipment data. Status Tracking: Monitor and log shipment statuses (e.g., available, unavailable, bid - lost, tendered, etc.). Spot Bids Automation: For available spot bids, post to DAT via API (with or without rate, based on predefined rules). Remove bids from DAT once they become unavailable. Email Alerts: Send summarized email alerts for available spot bids at specified intervals. Send summarized email alerts for dedicated loads at specified intervals. Reporting UI: Build a user-friendly UI to display Win/loss percentage for bids. Search/select lanes to view history (number of bids, typical offer price, win/loss %, last bid amount, and outcome). Automation Rules: Implement rules for auto-bidding on spot bids. Set up rules for auto-accepting dedicated loads. Deliverables: Secure, scalable AI Agent for portal login and data extraction. Integration with DAT API for bid posting and removal. Email notification system for spot bids and dedicated loads. Interactive reporting UI with search and analytics features. Documentation and setup instructions for rules and system maintenance.
