I'm seeking a skilled developer or team to build an AI-driven system that automates the creation of fire sprinkler protection plans from architectural drawings (PDF/CAD/BIM). The goal is a tool that: - Reads CAD/PDF/BIM files - Identifies rooms, ceiling heights, and obstructions - Applies NFPA 13 rules to auto-generate sprinkler layouts - Performs hydraulic calculations - Exports drawings and reports ready for AHJ submission Scope: - Input: Architectural plans (PDF/CAD/BIM) - Output: Sprinkler layout, hydraulic calculations, compliance reports - Optional: Web interface for uploads/downloads Requirements: - Strong experience with AutoCAD or Revit APIs - Knowledge of NFPA 13 and fire protection systems - Python or C# proficiency - AI/ML familiarity (OpenCV, YOLO, etc.) is a plus Bonus: - Hydraulic calc logic or experience - Dynamo/Revit/BIM scripting - Experience building AEC software tools To Apply: - Share examples of similar projects - Describe your approach to this workflow - Include your estimated cost and timeline
