We are seeking a talented Figma UI/UX designer to create and maintain a master design file and develop reusable components and systems for our internal development team as part of our ongoing platform build. We're building an interactive web based training platform that uses short form video content to deliver engaging learning experiences to organisations. Our goal is to make training engaging, measurable and easy to scale. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles and familiarity with Flutter or similar front end framework. Your role will involve collaborating with our team to create fundamental design systems that will streamline our development process. If you are passionate about improving user experience through design and have an existing portfolio to share, we would love to hear from you! Requirements: - Proven experience designing for Flutter and familiarity with Flutter UI principles (or similar frontend framework) - Strong Figma skills, including design systems and component libraries - Attention to structure, spacing, and dev-friendly design handoff Responsibilities: - Build a Figma master file with a robust design system tailored to Flutter’s UI architecture - Create scalable, reusable components aligned with Flutter widgets and constraints - Ensure designs are dev-ready, with naming, structure, and specs suitable for Flutter - Maintain consistency and responsiveness throughout the system, with considerations toward web accessibility standards. - Collaborate with the team to improve design-to-code accuracy
