We are a fast-scaling hotel group operating across multiple cities and markets. As our portfolio continues to expand, we are seeking an experienced Revenue Optimization Data Scientist with in-depth expertise in pricing strategy, forecasting, and automation for the hospitality industry. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in both hospitality revenue management and technical data modeling, who is ready to make a high-level contribution from day one. Key Responsibilities Strategic Pricing & Forecasting - Develop and implement dynamic pricing strategies to optimize occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR. - Build forecasting models to project booking pace, demand shifts, and pricing thresholds. - Manage pricing rules based on geography, seasonality, lead time, and other factors. Market & Competitor Intelligence - Monitor competitor rates, citywide events, and seasonal demand patterns. - Adjust pricing strategies based on market data and real-time performance signals. Data & Automation - Analyze internal and external data sources to surface actionable revenue insights. - Work with tools and spreadsheets to automate reporting and rate adjustment processes. - Build dashboards and track performance metrics that support revenue decisions. Cross-Functional Support - Work closely with operations, marketing, and finance teams to align pricing with business goals. - Present insights and analysis clearly to stakeholders across departments. Qualifications - Proven experience in revenue management for hotels - Deep understanding of dynamic pricing models and OTA distribution strategies. - Demonstrated success improving conversion rates, inquiry volumes, and occupancy. - Proficient with revenue management software, OTA dashboards, and pricing tools. - Exceptional analytical skills and a keen eye for detail. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects across departments. - A performance-focused mindset with an emphasis on maximizing revenue. - Ability to work quickly in a high-pressure & high-stress environment - Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing, with all levels of employees and guests in an attentive, friendly, courteous, and service-oriented manner. - Maximize efforts towards productivity, identify problem areas, and assist in implementing solutions.
