We host a lot of Zoom calls—both group sessions and 1-on-1s with clients. Right now, someone on our team manually watches the recordings, adds accurate timestamps and topic summaries, uploads them to Vimeo, embeds them into our Circle community, clips out highlights, and writes recap posts. This process is time-consuming, manual, and inefficient. We want to automate as much of it as possible using AI—accurate timestamping, smart topic detection, highlight clipping, video uploads, content embedding, and even recap generation. On top of that, we want to build a searchable content database so our team can easily find and reference insights from past calls. That includes group recordings and private client sessions. The goal is to reduce manual work, improve consistency, and make our content more usable and accessible across the entire company.
