Phase 0–1 Goal: Interactive web-based MVP with mock scheduling; no PHI or HIPAA requirements yet. Phase 2 and Beyond: Integrate HIPAA-compliant services (Twilio, FHIR, secure backend) and expand across Alaska We need an experienced React/Next.js engineer who can: Immediately set up a robust Next.js 14 codebase. Build a clean service-layer architecture allowing future upgrades to real scheduling and HIPAA-compliant services without altering the frontend.
