We’re looking for a seasoned Full Stack Developer (or Backend-focused Developer) to join our growing team. In this role, you'll work closely with engineers, designers, and product leaders to build and scale performant, responsive, and user-friendly web applications. Your work will directly impact the platform’s performance, stability, and user experience. Our Tech Stack Languages/Frameworks: TypeScript, Node.js, React Database: MongoDB Infrastructure: Vercel, Cloudflare AI Tools: Extensive use of development tools like Cursor required What You'll Do Design, develop, and maintain high-quality front-end and back-end services Build scalable APIs and services using TypeScript/Node.js Manage large datasets of diverse real estate listings Integrate with third-party platforms and maintain API connections Develop internal tools, dashboards, and automated testing infrastructure Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and reliability Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and UX/UI teams What You Bring 7+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer Deep expertise in React, Node.js, and TypeScript Proficiency with MongoDB or similar NoSQL databases Strong understanding of backend architecture and RESTful APIs Experience with Vercel, cloud deployments, and DNS tools like Cloudflare Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving, startup environment Excellent debugging, communication, and collaboration skills Bonus Points Experience modernizing legacy systems or migrating large codebases Background in vacation rental or hospitality tech Exposure to AI-driven development tools or platforms Previous work in early-stage or high-growth startups
