I’m looking for a Zapier expert to help me refine an existing multi-step workflow. I run a high-ticket online education business and currently use a Zap that automates communication after a Calendly call is booked. What I need: A way to halt (kill) the Zap mid-flow for specific leads I reject Ideally, the solution should check a blacklist or rejection flag (e.g., based on email address or tag) If the email is flagged, the Zap should stop and no follow-up messages (email/text) should be sent You should be fluent in Zapier Storage, conditional logic (Filters), and possibly Code by Zapier The rest of the Zap (delays, email, OpenPhone messages, etc.) must run normally for approved leads This is a selective workflow — I want total control over who continues through it and who doesn’t. If you’ve done similar work or can point me to a reliable workaround, let’s talk.
