Description: We’re looking for a smart and creative AI expert or automation developer to help us build a voice-based AI Roleplay Coach using ChatGPT or similar LLMs, integrated with voice input/output tools like ElevenLabs, Whisper, or browser plugins. This will train our Logistics and Hotel Sales teams with live voice roleplays — simulating customer calls, handling objections, and improving communication. What You’ll Do: ✅ Set up an interactive AI roleplay system (text + voice) ✅ Add scoring/feedback mechanism after each session (1–5 score per category + tips) ✅ Create initial roleplay prompts/scenarios (we’ll provide samples) ✅ Integrate voice features (speak to AI + hear replies) ✅ Recommend cost-effective tools (avoid heavy dev from scratch) ✅ Provide a simple UI or guide to use system across devices Scoring Example (AI Feedback After Roleplay): Tone & Confidence: ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ Handling Objection: ⭐⭐⭐☆☆ Clarity of Message: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Suggestions: “Pause less. Ideal Skills: Experience with OpenAI/GPT + Prompt Engineering Knowledge of voice AI tools (e.g., ElevenLabs, Talk-to-ChatGPT, Whisper, etc.) Sales/CSR or call center training experience is a bonus Creative with low-code solutions and cost-effective automation Budget: Open to hourly or fixed — prefer smart use of available tools over full dev build.
