We’re looking for a proactive and experienced SEO Assistant to support the execution of our SEO strategy and help scale our digital presence. The ideal candidate is fast, detail-oriented, and confident working with professional-grade SEO tools. While we set the overall strategy, your job will be to execute on it effectively and consistently. Key Responsibilities Directory submissions and citation tracking Building and optimizing landing pages for SEO and conversion Web copy optimization aligned with keyword goals Blog posting (and syndication across relevant platforms) Assisting with social media content posting (eventually) Generating regular reports and insights to track progress and opportunities Using AI tools where appropriate to accelerate high-quality output Requirements Strong hands-on SEO execution experience Access to and expertise with professional SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.) Able to work efficiently and turn tasks around quickly Solid understanding of on-page SEO, keyword research, and link building best practices Familiarity with content publishing platforms like WordPress or Webflow Capable of delivering clear, regular performance reports Nice to Have Experience with paid media (Google Ads, social ads) is a plus Ability to contribute to creative tasks like headline crafting or CTA optimization Working Style We provide a clear SEO strategy—you execute with speed and quality We value independence, accountability, and clarity of communication Initial engagement will be focused on SEO, with the potential to expand into ads and social down the line To Apply Please include: A brief overview of your SEO experience and tools you use Examples of SEO projects you've executed (landing pages, blog posts, etc.) Your approach to reporting and keeping stakeholders informed Availability and preferred working hours This is a great opportunity for someone who loves hands-on SEO and wants to contribute to a fast-moving, digital-first company.
