Certified Environment is a Florida-licensed healthy-home inspection company (mold, air, water, radon, EMF). We need a hands-on growth specialist to build & run our local-digital engine—Google Business Profile, on-site SEO, citations, Google Search/LSA/Performance Max, Meta lead-gen ads, and KPI dashboard—so we hit 10+ booked inspection calls per week within 60 days. What you’ll do • Set up/optimize Google Business Profile and 30+ Tampa-centric citations. • Implement technical & on-page SEO on WordPress site; create service-area landing pages. • Build and manage Google Search, Local Services Ads, Performance Max, and Meta (FB/IG) lead-form campaigns within a $1.5-2 k/mo ad budget. • Configure Airtable + Zapier automations and live Looker-Studio KPI dashboard (CPL, CAC, ROAS). • Produce a 90-day content calendar (5 blog pillars & 8 short-form video ideas). • Provide weekly updates and hit the KPI targets in our attached Services Agreement. You’re right for us if … ✓ You’ve scaled at least one local home-service brand to more than 10 calls/week on less than $3k spend. ✓ Deep in Local SEO (GBP, schema, citations) and PPC (Search, LSA, Meta). ✓ Comfortable with GA4, Tag Manager, Call tracking, Zapier, Airtable. ✓ Write punchy, conversion-oriented copy. ✓ Preferably US-based or proven experience in Florida/Gulf-coast markets.
