Job Description: We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Influencer Outreach Specialist to help us find, reach out to, and coordinate with Instagram and TikTok influencers who align with our brand and can help promote our new fitness and nutrition app. About Us: Built With Science is a leading fitness brand with over 7 million YouTube subscribers, offering a science-based fitness and nutrition app designed to help users transform their bodies. We're now expanding into influencer marketing to amplify our reach and drive installs of the app. Responsibilities: - Research and identify relevant micro and macro influencers on Instagram and TikTok who align with our brand (fitness, health, lifestyle, etc.) - Find qualify influencers based on engagement rate, audience quality, and content alignment - Craft and send compelling outreach messages - Follow up with influencers and coordinate deliverables - Maintain a database of outreach progress, responses, and campaign status - Help manage influencer campaigns from outreach to content delivery Requirements: - Proven experience with influencer outreach (preferably for fitness, health, or lifestyle brands) - Familiarity with influencer marketing tools like Heepsy, Collabstr, or similar - Excellent communication and copywriting skills - Organized and able to manage multiple conversations and timelines - Comfortable working with Google Sheets or CRM tools to track outreach Bonus: Experience negotiating deliverables and rates with influencers To Apply: Please include: - A brief intro about your experience with influencer outreach - Examples of past campaigns or influencers you’ve worked with - The tools you use to research and manage influencer outreach
