Online Course & Copywriting Specialist (ChatGPT-Powered) Takes ownership of projects without needing constant supervision Proactively solves problems and takes the lead on tasks Communicates clearly, both in writing and during team check-ins Can interpret feedback and revise accordingly without drama Strong Writing & Editing Skills Proven experience writing online course materials, lesson plans, or educational content Ability to craft clear, persuasive, and well-structured copy for websites and landing pages Familiarity with email marketing best practices, including subject lines, CTAs, and deliverability Proficient Use of AI Tools Hands-on experience using ChatGPT (or similar AI tools like Jasper, Copy.ai) to generate and refine content Knows how to prompt effectively, edit AI outputs, and adapt tone and style for different purposes Familiarity with Course Creation Platforms Comfortable organizing content in modules, lessons, and downloadable resources (text-based only) Email Marketing & Automation Tools: Experience using platforms such as ActiveCampaign, HighLevel (GoHighLevel), etc. create email sequences, and write copy for nurture and promo emails Website & Landing Page Copywriting Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO), headlines, direct response marketing, benefit-driven copy, and CTAs Basic Design/Formatting Knowledge (Non-Design Role) Knows how to format Google Docs or Word documents professionally for use as workbooks, guides, or lesson text Content Organization Tools Experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) for collaboration and version control Familiarity with project management tools like Trello, Notion, Asana, ClickUp, or similar Light Research & Fact-Checking Able to gather information from reliable sources to support lesson content or marketing copy Understands how to summarize and synthesize findings into concise, digestible content 2+ years working as a Virtual Team member as a content creator in a marketing, course creation, or e-learning capacity Experience working with diverse industries or adapting tone across niches Past work with coaches, course creators, or agencies is a plus As our Course & Copy VA, you will be assigned a topic and be responsible for: Creating a complete course blueprint that includes: Course Overview Learning Objectives Chapter/Module breakdowns Individual lesson content (no audio or video required) Using ChatGPT and AI tools to help draft and refine course materials Conducting light research to supplement AI-generated content with real-world accuracy and examples Using screen capture tools to take static image screenshots when visual references are required Writing sales copy for course landing pages and promotional websites Creating a conversion-focused email nurture sequence for leads who don’t initially purchase the course Uploading all finalized course materials into our eLearning platforms (usually HighLevel or Skool) Collaborating with our team for feedback and revisions before the course launch. Depends on Experience Level This is a 100% remote position, offering the freedom to work from anywhere provided that you have reliable internet access.
