Title: SEO Consultant for Dual-Market Optimization (Canada & US Websites) Description: I’m looking for an experienced Search Engine Optimization (SEO) consultant to help optimize two websites—each with a Canadian (.ca) and a US/international (.com) version—for maximum visibility on search engines. Project Overview: I have two products with dedicated websites: • One for my stakeholder engagement software (DIMEC) • One for my bill of lading and field ticket tracking app (TicketTom) Each product has: • A .ca domain targeting Canadian visitors • A .com domain targeting US and international visitors What I Need: • Complete SEO audit and optimization for all four sites (.ca and .com for each product) • Geo-targeting validation: • Canadian visitors should automatically land on the .ca site • US/international visitors should automatically land on the .com site • This redirection is currently set up but needs to be reviewed and validated • Content optimization: • Improve heading structure, copywriting, and keyword targeting based on market-specific search intent • Meta-data optimization: • Meta titles and descriptions • Image alt tags and filenames • Open Graph tags for social media sharing • Keyword research tailored to each region (Canada vs. US) • Structured data/schema markup for better visibility in search results (e.g. enhanced listings, featured snippets) • Proper sitemap and robots.txt configuration • Indexing and crawlability review to ensure all relevant pages are being picked up by search engines • Google Analytics (GA4) setup and troubleshooting: • I currently cannot see analytics for the .com (US) versions—this needs to be resolved Ideal Candidate: • Experience managing SEO for multi-region, dual-domain websites • Strong understanding of Google Search Console, GA4, and IP-based redirection • Proven results with on-page SEO, content structure, and keyword targeting • Able to explain best practices for international SEO (including Hreflang tags if necessary) • Knowledge of SEO compliance for both US and Canadian markets If you’re strategic, detail-oriented, and know how to rank sites in both Canada and the US, I’d love to hear from you.
