Editing labeling word documents

Hi I have a self help word document noted I need some help on categorizing and making it easier to read through visually , I can send the word file and you can take a look I need .. it’s a affirmation sheet I am trying to categorize or put everyone by topic before every few or by certain topics and label them and also in another document I have a general mindset Attitude document where again there are bullet points and trying to customize it every few half a page or few page by topic etc
