Café Operations & Branding Consultant (Part-Time Contract)
We’re launching a modern micro café inside a luxury beauty studio in Charlotte, NC, and we’re seeking short-term expert support (approx. 1–2 weeks or 80 hours total) to help bring it to life. The ideal candidate will provide hands-on guidance with: Café operations setup and efficient workflow planning Simple, profitable menu development (coffee, tea, light snacks) Vendor and equipment sourcing tailored to a small-footprint café Brand alignment to ensure the café complements our luxury beauty environment This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in culinary operations, branding, and hospitality strategy to shape a unique café concept from the ground up.
