About this Position Bantam Communications is looking for an experienced Webflow designer and developer who can support us across multiple client Webflow sites. The ideal consultant can support us with quick updates to existing sites, as well as design and produce new websites using new brand standards or leveraging existing brand guidelines. This consultant would become a trusted member of our team, communicating via slack and project management tools across all project work. Responsibilities 1. Website Design: Design, develop, and maintain small to medium websites using the Webflow platform. Translate design mockups into fully responsive and interactive web pages. 2. Collaboration: Work closely with the Digital team to ensure the seamless integration of visual elements and user experience design. 3. SEO & Meta Data: Implement on-page SEO best practices, including proper header tags, meta descriptions, and open graph images, and other image optimizations. 4. Mobile Optimization: Ensure websites are optimized for a seamless and engaging mobile experience that can accommodate various screen sizes and devices. 5. Quality Assurance: Ensuring quality assurance across websites. Conducting reviews, audits, and inspections to maintain high-quality standards to ensure responsiveness, optimal speeds and user experience. Past Experience: - Proven experience as a Webflow Developer, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous projects. - Experience with Webflow interactions, animations, and CMS implementation. - Experience with creating new designs & branding, as well as editing and building on the foundation of existing designs. - Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite is a plus. - Experience with Figma is a plus. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical team members. - Knowledge of SEO best practices and mobile optimization strategies. - A collaborative and team-oriented approach to work. - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
