We specialize in developing and optimizing small sales teams (1 to 20 employees) and can also serve as closers to help businesses successfully close deals. Our clients typically include small-scale companies seeking outsourced sales leadership or sales growth support. Key Responsibilities: Identify and connect with potential business clients across the U.S., especially in New Jersey. Leverage safe, ethical outreach strategies via cold calling, cold emailing, and lead nurturing. Understand the needs of prospects and explain how MDPSERVICES LLC can support their sales goals. Secure clients who will hire our services for at least one month. Collaborate with our internal team to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery. Requirements: Must be U.S.-based and operate under a registered LLC. Associate degree or higher strongly preferred. Experience in cold outreach using compliant, legally sound strategies. Proven ability to generate and close business deals, especially within New Jersey. Strong communication, professionalism, and work ethic. Honest, dedicated, and able to work independently.
