Seeking a US Licensed Business Attorney for a Wholesale Company

We run a wholesale company based in New York. Looking for a US-licensed attorney to provide ongoing legal support for our business — mostly light-touch ad hoc projects such as reviewing or redlining supplier/vendor/customer contracts, advising on refund/payment disputes + drafting demand letters & formal notices when needed. Expecting it be ~ 4-5 hours of work per month. Prefer someone we can build a long-term relationship with & we can rely upon if unforeseen issues arise.
