This is a contract position that will involve the following work to be performed: - Creation of a commission agreement template outlining the terms between our company, which offers a service, and the parties who will compensate the company with a commission upon deal completion. - Development of a contract for businesses that engage our services to connect them with relevant service providers. - Assistance in drafting a terms of use agreement for our website. - Creation of a privacy agreement for our website to ensure compliance with legal standards. - Review and modification of a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to ensure robustness and relevance. - Assistance with the creation of investment agreements tailored to our specific needs.
