Job Description: We are seeking an AI Implementation & Integration Specialist to design and launch automated processes across our operational, financial, legal, and B2B outreach functions. Your role will be to create the architecture, set up pipelines (Node-RED, Activepieces, GPT API, Zoho, etc.), and prepare the company for an AI-driven future. Responsibilities: Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for AI-powered automation. Design and implement automation pipelines (API integrations, workflow orchestration). Integrate AI tools (GPT, sentiment analysis, ML algorithms) into business processes. Deploy and customize Node-RED, Activepieces, or similar low-code/no-code platforms. Document architectures (process maps, playbooks). Collaborate with the Operations Manager (PM), Accountant, CFA, and Legal Counsel. Test and adapt AI pipelines to meet evolving business needs. Requirements: Proven experience with integration platforms (Node-RED / Activepieces / Zapier / Make). Strong understanding of API integrations and cloud services (Zoho, Slack, Notion, HubSpot, etc.). Ability to build visual pipelines and structure complex workflows. Basic skills in working with AI (GPT, AI chatbots, sentiment analysis). Flexibility and problem-solving mindset. Bonus: experience in Family Office / consulting / B2B SaaS environments. Conditions: Format: part-time initially, with a view to long-term collaboration. Flexible hours, fully remote.
