Crew Call for 'HBD, i hope ur nightmares come tru', a comedy short film about a 20-something year old desperate to present a high-concept birthday gift to his stressed out roommate. [SOUND MIXER] Seeking a creative sound mixer/recorder with experience working on short film sets, capable of producing rich audio. Ideally someone who can provide their own multitrack field recorder + microphone set up for the shoot, although not a requirement. Experience with Zoom recorders preferred. This is a non-union, independent low-budget short to be shot in the Seattle-area July 2025. Two day weekend/overnight shoot (Sat-Sun). Director Bio: Deams Fitzgerald is a filmmaker/photographer based in Washington (state). Since graduating from NYU with a BFA in Film/TV Production, he now produces visual content for his website, 046VSN, and helps clients in many industries with videography and editing services.
