Key Responsibilities • Facilitate weekly small group coaching sessions (3–6 participants) via Zoom and provide in-app message support. • Use active listening, motivational interviewing, and coaching strategies to support parent-led goals • Guide parents to take consistent action across key areas of the Navigating AWEtism Matrix—including nutrition, sleep, environment, supplement and prescription follow-through, coordinating their child’s healthcare team, preparing for medical appointments, and supporting educational progress. • Ensure client engagement, satisfaction, and measurable improvement in health outcomes. • Collaborate with our internal team to adapt session content and improve the parent experience • Track participation and provide brief session summaries using our platform • Contribute to resource development and content planning as needed ________________________________________ Who You Are • Certified Health Coach (NBC-HWC, FMCA, IIN, or similar credential required) • Experienced group facilitator, ideally in a health or parenting-related context • Passionate about functional and lifestyle medicine • Strong understanding of functional lab testing and lifestyle interventions. • Skilled in creating inclusive, supportive group spaces—especially for emotionally vulnerable topics • Tech-savvy with tools like Healthie, Zoom, Calendly, etc. • Comfortable supporting a wide range of parents, with warmth and professionalism • Autism-specific knowledge is not required—training will be provided
