We are a Canadian-based e-commerce company launching a fashion and jewelry brand with global ambitions. We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Logistics Manager to oversee and optimize our supply chain and delivery process — from Asian suppliers to North American customers. Responsibilities: • Coordinate with manufacturers in China to ensure timely production and shipping • Select and manage shipping partners (e.g., SF Express, FedEx, DHL, Canada Post) • Oversee order fulfillment and cross-border shipping (to U.S. and Canada) • Optimize inventory, warehousing, and returns strategy • Track shipments and resolve delivery issues • Work with Shopify and logistics apps (e.g., ShipStation, Easyship) Requirements: • Proven experience in e-commerce logistics (Shopify experience preferred) • Familiarity with cross-border shipping (especially China → North America) • Knowledge of customs, import taxes, and duties (Canada/US) • Strong communication skills with global suppliers and partners • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and responsive Nice to Have: • Experience working with jewelry or fashion brands • Chinese language skills a plus
