We’re looking for a reliable and experienced Healthcare Virtual Assistant to handle incoming patient calls for Evolutis Health, a telehealth company specializing in psychological evaluations. You’ll be the first point of contact for patients with questions, concerns, or troubleshooting needs related to scheduling, portals, logging into the appointment or general support. Key Responsibilities: Answer incoming patient calls in a friendly, professional manner Troubleshoot patient issues related to accessing the patient portal, documents, scheduling, and other services Provide clear and empathetic communication to support patients through technical or administrative issues Document calls and patient interactions Coordinate with our internal team for follow-ups when needed Requirements: Prior experience working in a healthcare setting (telehealth or clinical preferred) Familiarity with EHR systems (SimplePractice, ChARM, Kareo, or similar) Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Reliable internet and quiet work environment Professional phone etiquette and customer service orientation Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion (HIPAA compliant mindset) Preferred Qualifications: Experience with patient intake, insurance verification, or medical admin support Based in a U.S. timezone or able to work CST-friendly hours Familiarity with HIPAA guidelines
