CRM Specialist — Part-Time / Contractor We're seeking a Go HighLevel (GHL) CRM Specialist to join our growing team on a part-time or contractor basis. If you're passionate about building high-converting funnels and streamlining CRM workflows, this role is a great opportunity to contribute to a high-performing, fast-paced digital agency. We're looking for someone who is self-driven, detail-oriented, and technically proficient in GHL systems and marketing automation. Position Details Type: Part-Time / Contractor Weekly Hours: 8–15 hours, with potential for growth based on performance Schedule: Flexible within 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Arizona Time, depending on assigned priorities Platform: Open to hiring via Upwork or other freelance platforms Key Responsibilities Build and refine marketing and sales funnels inside Go HighLevel Set up and manage workflows, triggers, automations, and nurture sequences Configure booking calendars, forms, landing pages, surveys, and SMS/email campaigns Integrate third-party tools (e.g., Zapier, Calendly, Stripe, Google Sheets) into GHL Maintain and update CRM pipelines, dashboards, and system configurations Analyze funnel and automation performance and apply optimization strategies Troubleshoot and resolve GHL-related issues or platform integrations Provide documentation and updates on ongoing tasks and completed projects Collaborate with internal teams to align automation with client goals Implement tagging, segmentation, and custom logic for personalized customer journeys Run A/B tests for email workflows and landing pages to improve conversion rates Your Background Experience: 1–2+ years of hands-on Go HighLevel work, preferably in an agency setting Knowledge: Strong understanding of sales funnels, CRM strategy, automation flows, and lead nurturing Skillset: Ability to build and manage complex workflows and campaigns from scratch Accuracy: High attention to detail in configuring and reviewing automations Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills Independence: Capable of managing tasks with minimal supervision Mindset: Solution-oriented with a strong focus on continuous improvement Preferred Bonus Skills Tools: Familiarity with ChatGPT, Zapier, Make (Integromat), or other automation platforms Analytics: Experience with dashboards, performance reports, and A/B testing strategies Training: Ability to document SOPs or train others in using Go HighLevel effectively
