Description: A ~1:00 minute or less clipart-style (or simple toon-style) animation that illustrates the process of a company that specializes in helping grant programs do reporting. The animation will be a single, stitched-together scene, with no cutscenes. We can do the audio production and titling on our end; we ONLY need the animation. 1. Setting: Office. a. Female #1 is in an office at a desk. She looks slightly unhappy. In the background, there’s 2 office workers, helping 2 people sitting in chairs working on laptops, then coming back to the desk with papers. Female #1looks annoyed as team members come by and deposit stacks of documents on her desk – the documents rise higher and higher. b. Female #1gets a light-bulb idea over her head, and smiles. She makes a phone call. Our Company logo pops up as a speech bubble. She shakes her head yes. c. Someone brings her a box, and she opens it. It’s a speed scanner. She pops page after page from her desk into the speed scanner, and the pages float off upwards as balloons. d. The other employees continue to circulate around her desk, but now instead of leaving the documents in a pile, they put them into the speed scanner. e. The employee smiles at her empty desk, and then joins the other employees in working in the background; an additional person comes in (so it’s now 3 workers serving 3 clients) f. The view follows one of the balloons as it floats up with the document attached, and enters “the cloud.” 2. Setting: The “Server” Cloud: a cloud full of desktops, piles of documents, servers stations, and 3 people at desks. Company logo somewhere in there. a. As documents come up, the “cloud” Company team sends them through the server-computer chain. After a few balloons go through, a report pops out. b. The Report falls off the assembly line, and down back into the office below. The view follows the report back into the office below. 3. Setting: Office a. The same Female #1office worker comes back from the back window where she was helping someone (now all three office staff are helping 3 people), smiles and picks up the report on the desk. • We’re not really picky about the style – simplistic, icon or clipart-feel style is just fine • We’re also not picky about the animation – low-motion is fine as well • We will provide the Company logo • We will do the titling and audio • We’re even perfectly fine with AI-generated video, so long as it follows the outline above -see the ai-generated storyboard images for a general walkthrough of what it should look/feel like - again, as long as the above scenario is met, it doesn't necessarily need to have the same style or composition as the attached. In terms of what we're looking for: again, we don't really care if it's AI or anything; we'll just want to see some examples of what you've done previously.
