I’m looking for a reliable and detail-oriented virtual assistant to help a Canadian business coach and thought leader book podcast interviews and secure speaking engagements at in-person events. The right person will be comfortable with research, writing professional emails, and handling outreach communication. Most podcast opportunities will be in the United States and Canada, and the goal is to increase visibility through aligned and strategic placements. Your responsibilities will include: • Researching podcasts and live events that align with our client’s brand and message • Writing and sending pitch emails to podcast hosts and event organizers • Following up on outreach and tracking status • Managing booking logistics as needed To be a good fit, you should: • Have previous experience with podcast or speaker booking, or a similar outreach-based role • Be confident writing clear, professional emails in English • Be proactive, organized, and communicative • Bonus if you’ve worked with coaches, consultants, or online entrepreneurs To apply, please include: 1.
