We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Freelance Real Estate Listing Specialist & Listing Manager to assist with managing the listing process for residential properties. This remote, contract-based role is perfect for someone who understands real estate workflows and can efficiently handle listing tasks from preparation to post-launch management. You will work closely with our agents and support team to ensure all listings are launched on time, professionally presented, and continuously optimized for performance. This is a freelance position with flexible hours, ideal for someone already working in real estate support or admin roles. Key Responsibilities: Pre-Listing Coordination: Schedule and coordinate listing photography, staging, and property inspections Prepare and organize listing documentation and disclosures Assist with CMA reports to help determine appropriate listing prices Listing Launch & Management: Upload and manage property listings on MLS and other real estate platforms (Zillow, Realtor.com, brokerage websites, etc.) Write compelling and accurate listing descriptions and headlines Ensure all listing data (photos, property details, pricing) is complete and accurate Coordinate signage, lockbox installations, and marketing materials Ongoing Listing Oversight: Monitor listing performance and make suggested improvements (e.g., pricing changes, marketing tweaks) Track showing feedback and communicate updates to listing agents or clients Keep all stakeholders informed and up-to-date on the status of each listing Marketing Support (Optional Based on Skill): Create or coordinate digital and print marketing materials (flyers, brochures, email templates) Schedule social media posts and property highlights Requirements: Prior experience in real estate listing coordination, marketing, or transaction support Familiarity with MLS platforms and online listing systems Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Experience with tools like Canva, CRMs, Google Workspace, and Dropbox is a plus Preferred Qualifications: Real estate license (not required but beneficial) Experience supporting U.S.-based real estate agents Familiarity with platforms like KVCORE, Dotloop, Skyslope, or DocuSign
