Job Proposal: Business Development & Platform Integration Agent* *1. Introduction: My BnB Collection is a booking ecosystem with several opportunities for companies and users. We centralize the Real Estate , Property Management and Travel industry along with Entertainment and Business. *2. Job Title: Onboarding Agent for Real Estate, , Property Management and Travel industry companies along with Entertainment and Business. *3. Job Purpose: * To recruit and onboard new businesses (property management companies, real estate agencies, travel agencies, and others) onto the BMB Collection platform, fostering partnerships and expanding the platform's offerings. *4. Responsibilities & Key Deliverables:* Accomplish the following list per country where My BnB Collection Operates; Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Dominican Republic, Poland, UAE. * *Targeted Outreach:* * Identify and contact potential partners within the following sectors( this is a list per country): * 10 Property Management Companies onboarded * 10 Real Estate Agencies onboarded * 5 Travel Agencies/Tourism Companies onboarded 20 5stars Hotel chains p/c * 10 Other Business (project developers, car rentals, influencer companies, talent acquisition companies.) * *Relationship Building:* * Build rapport with key decision-makers at target companies. * Clearly communicate the benefits of listing on the BMB Collection platform. * *Contract Negotiation & Execution:* * Negotiate favourable listing agreements/contracts with each onboarded business. * Ensure all contracts are legally sound and protect the interests of BMB Collection. * *Platform Integration Coordination:* * Work with the onboarded businesses to ensure seamless integration of their listings onto the platform. * Provide support and guidance throughout the onboarding process. * *Reporting & Tracking:* * Maintain accurate records of all outreach efforts, negotiations, and contracts. * Provide regular progress reports to management. *5. Required Skills & Experience:* * Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Strong understanding of contract negotiation and legal terminology. * Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. * Familiarity with the property management, real estate, and travel industries (a plus). * Tech-savviness and ability to learn new platforms and software quickly. SPANISH and English is needed for this role. If you do not Speak Spanish and English, kindly do not apply. *6. Compensation & Incentives:* * *Base Salary: $1000 for the completion of the terms in this contract. these must be completed in a 30 days time. if the points mentioned in this contract were not achieved, it wont be paid. The contract will be cancelled. * *Commission Structure: 2 % of revenue generated by the onboarded businesses for the first 12 months." if all the key points of this contract are completed successfully and the companies are onboarded and operating for a minimum of 12 months on the platform. * *Performance Bonuses: If the Agent successfully onboard the same amount of companies per country in Thailand,Indonesia, Mexico,Spain and U.S.A companies, the salary will double to become $2000 upon contract completion. *7. Contract Terms:* * *Contract Duration:*: 3 months * *Termination Clause:* If in the first month the agent has not covered the first 5 countries we will terminate the contract and if the minimum requirements of the list were not completed we are not going to pay for this contract as completed. Remuneration will be subject to company decision. * *Confidentiality Agreement:* Protect sensitive information about BMB Collection. any information shared can be a reason to face legal actions. *8. Onboarding & Support:* * We will provide details of the platform for your knowledge. *9. Company Overview & Value Proposition for Partners : we will provide the document that the agent can use for contracts and others. * *About BMB Collection: We connect the world of luxury travellers, buyers and influencers. * *Benefits for Partners:* world wide exposure and high end customers and buyers. *Important Considerations:* * *Legal Review: This is a contract valid in upwork and we reserve the right to select the right candidate and finish the contract if as per our criteria the performance is poor and the goal is not being achieved. * *Target Market Research:* Property management companies, Real Estate, Travel Agencies, Car rentals, Concierge companies for resorts, Resorts, 5 stars Hotel chains, Freelancer companies. * *Reporting Requirements:* reporting frequently and the metrics are necessary. * *Competitive Analysis:* our competitors are booking.com, Airbnb, expedia.
