We're looking for a content writer who knows how to use AI tools to complement their ability to draft compelling copy. Organic traffic is one of our top channels for attracting new clients. SEO plays a big role in that, but SEO is changing fast. AI is reshaping search, and we’re adapting. That’s why we’re hiring a writer who understands how modern SEO works, knows how to write for both humans and machines, and doesn’t rely on AI to do all the work. We’re fine with using AI tools to speed up content creation. In fact, we encourage it. The workload is high, and we want someone who can move fast. But we don’t want generic, AI-sounding content. We need someone who can rewrite, edit, and shape content so it actually sounds like us. Someone who can explain complex ideas (after all, we’re in the compliance business) in plain English and help us stand out in a crowded space. Key Responsibilities: ✅ Write long-form blog posts (2,000–3,000 words) every 7-12 days. These are SEO-first but never generic. ✅ Use AI to help you research and draft. Then, rewrite, shape, and refine until it sounds human. ✅ Add internal and external links, and follow SEO best practices. ✅ Create and adapt copy for other channels, including: - Social media posts - Website pages - Ad copy - Video and script content ✅ Collaborate with marketing and subject matter experts to translate complex ideas into clear and useful content. ✅ Learn what resonates with our clients, and help us speak directly to them. Qualifications: ✅ You’ve written content that ranks. You know how SEO works today, and where it’s going. ✅ You know how to use AI, but you don’t depend on it. ✅ You can write clearly, directly, and with a point. You know the difference between filler and substance. ✅ You’ve done B2B writing before, ideally in fintech, SaaS, or consulting. ✅ You’re comfortable working independently and remotely. ✅ Your English is excellent.
