We are currently looking for a full time Marketing & Customer Service Executive to join our dynamic team. Reporting directly to the marketing manager, the key responsibilities of the role will be: • Collaborate with the team to assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and strategies. • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities. • Assist in creating compelling content for various marketing channels, including social media, website, and email campaigns. • Coordinate and support the production of marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and promotional items. • Monitor and track the performance of marketing initiatives and provide reports on key metrics. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to contribute innovative ideas to marketing campaigns. • Support online, email and over the phone customer service as required. To be considered for this role you will demonstrate: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. • Confident in customer service and handling customer enquiries over the phone, email and online chat. • Previous experience in marketing, advertising, or a related role is preferred. • Proficiency in using marketing software and tools, including social media management platforms, analytics tools, and content management systems. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong organisational and time management abilities. • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
