Key Responsibilities: Marketing Tasks: • Schedule and manage content on social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook). • Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis. • Assist in creating marketing materials such as email newsletters, social media posts, and blog articles. • Prepare monthly analytics reports (Google Analytics, social media insights). • Manage CRM tools, updating client and prospect data. • Help coordinate marketing campaigns and track campaign performance. Administrative Tasks: • Manage calendar scheduling and appointments. • Respond to emails and manage inbox organization. • Support basic bookkeeping and invoicing. • Organize digital files and maintain document management systems. • Conduct data entry and data cleanup. • Prepare simple reports and presentations. Required Skills and Qualifications: • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, particularly in marketing. • Familiarity with social media platforms and scheduling tools. • Basic knowledge of email marketing tools (e.g., MailChimp, Klaviyo). • Experience with Google Sheets for CRM management. • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides). • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English required). • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Hours and Availability: • Approximately 15-20 hours per week. • Potential to increase based on performance and business growth. Compensation: • Competitive rate: $8 - $12/hour depending on experience and demonstrated skills. • Rates negotiable based on skill level and proven effectiveness.
