Job Description: We are looking for a proactive LinkedIn Lead Generation Specialist to help build a referral network for our mortgage advisory business. Your role will focus on connecting with New Zealand-based real estate agents, accountants, and lawyers who can refer finance-ready clients. The job involves manual LinkedIn outreach, follow-up messaging, and booking calls into our calendar. If you have experience in B2B outreach and relationship-building—especially in property or finance—we’d love to hear from you. Scope of Work: Lead sourcing: Find and qualify relevant referral partners (we’ll define the Ideal Client Profile together). Outreach: Send 15–20 personalized LinkedIn messages daily with soft intro scripts. Inbox management: Track replies, follow-up messages, and book calls with warm leads. Engagement: Like/comment on posts from our target audience to build trust. Tracking: Maintain outreach and response metrics in a shared Google Sheet.
