In this role, you'll be responsible for crafting compelling social media experiences, optimizing content reach, and driving brand awareness for our diverse range of clients. Key Responsibilities: Social Media Content Optimization – Assist in refining social media posts, captions, and visual assets to maximize engagement across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc.). Audience Interaction & Community Engagement – Monitor brand conversations, respond to comments, and engage with audiences to enhance relationships and boost brand loyalty. Trendspotting & Viral Content Research – Stay ahead of social media trends, viral challenges, and emerging platform features to craft innovative campaign strategies. Hashtag & SEO Integration – Research and implement strategic hashtags and keywords to optimize content visibility and reach. Content Scheduling & Distribution – Use scheduling tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Later to ensure timely and consistent content rollout. Influencer & Brand Collaboration Support – Assist in researching and reaching out to micro-influencers or brand ambassadors to expand campaign impact. Analytics & Performance Tracking – Gather insights on key performance indicators (KPIs), engagement rates, and audience demographics to refine content strategies. Basic Graphic & Video Editing – Create or modify simple graphics, GIFs, and short-form videos using tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Express. Ad Copy Assistance – Support the creation of ad captions and A/B testing for social media paid campaigns. Preferred Qualifications & Skills: A strong passion for social media marketing and digital content creation. Basic experience with social media platforms and content management tools. Understanding of social media trends, hashtags, and engagement tactics. Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools.
