Job Title: Social Media Manager for Content Creation & Distribution I run a professional service business and I’m looking for a Social Media Manager to help support my content strategy. I will be the one on camera, creating the raw video content myself. What I need is someone to help me stay on track with a consistent filming schedule, come up with creative and engaging content ideas, edit the videos, and then manage posting them across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. The ideal person for this role understands how to take raw content and shape it into compelling short-form videos that perform well on social media. You should be comfortable handling editing, scheduling posts, tracking performance, and making suggestions based on what works. You’ll need to stay organized, be proactive with ideas, and be responsive when it comes to timelines. It’s important that you’re experienced with social platforms, understand trends and best practices, and are able to help build and engage a following. If you’ve worked with service-based professionals before, even better.
