Role Overview: We’re looking for a dynamic, multi-skilled Learning & Development Manager, you will lead the design, development, and delivery of our certification and training programs. You will collaborate closely with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and technology teams to ensure our offerings are engaging, effective, and aligned with industry standards. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage learning strategies and curricula for project management certifications. Oversee course design, content development, and delivery methods. Lead the assessment and continuous improvement of learning programs based on learner feedback and industry trends. Manage and mentor a team of trainers, instructional designers, and support staff. Collaborate with marketing and sales to align learning products with market needs. Ensure compliance with accreditation bodies and quality standards. Requirement: Proven experience in Learning & Development, preferably within project management or professional certification fields. Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Familiarity with digital learning platforms and technology integration. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities. Passion for education, professional development, and learner success.
