Are you deeply connected to the Bali creator scene? Do you live and breathe TikTok and Instagram? We’re building something bold, romantic, and a little chaotic — and we’re looking for a full-time campaign manager to bring it to life. The Brand: HUSH — a provocative new chocolate brand made for couples, built to go viral. The Role: Your job will be to lead and coordinate our local influencer strategy. You’ll be in charge of: – Finding and managing a network of TikTokers and IG creators across niches (couples, travel, gym girls, lifestyle, etc.) – Helping creators set up new TikTok accounts under our brand – Making sure they stick to the vibe, tone, and creative goals – Reporting on performance and helping refine the strategy to go viral – Working directly with the founders (we’re based in Bali too) You: – Based in Bali (essential) – Fluent Bahasa Indonesia and good English – Have a network or know where to find Gen Z creators – Creative, independent, and fun to work with – Bonus: Experience in marketing or content coordination Start: June Salary: 3.000.000 - 4.500.000 IDR per month Schedule: Full-time (flexible, but hands-on)
