Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Virtual Assistant from the Philippines to help grow our YouTube channel and email newsletter through strategic cross-platform promotion. This is a part-time, long-term opportunity for someone passionate about content marketing and social media growth. Schedule: 3 hours per day, Monday-Friday (15 hours/week) Rate: $5.00 USD per hour Location: Philippines (Remote) Primary Objectives: Drive traffic to our YouTube channel by promoting our content across multiple social media platforms Grow our email newsletter by promoting lead magnets and encouraging sign-ups Key Responsibilities: YouTube Content Promotion: Share and promote YouTube videos on our Facebook pages and relevant Facebook groups Create eye-catching promotional images and graphics for our YouTube content: Cross-post YouTube Shorts to TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other short-form video platforms Write compelling captions and descriptions to maximize engagement and click-through rates Newsletter Growth: Promote our free guides, lead magnets, and resources across social platforms Create promotional graphics for lead magnets and newsletter sign-up campaigns Strategically integrate newsletter promotion into content sharing activities Community Management: Monitor and respond to comments across all platforms (YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, etc.) Engage with our audience in a professional, friendly manner that reflects our brand voice Foster community engagement to build stronger connections with our audience Content Creation & Design: Design social media graphics using tools like Canva or similar platforms Create promotional materials for YouTube videos and newsletter campaigns Maintain consistent branding across all promotional materials Required Qualifications: Essential Skills: Proven experience in social media management and YouTube channel growth Graphic design skills using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools Strong English communication (written and verbal) Experience with cross-platform content promotion Knowledge of Facebook groups, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube best practices Understanding of email marketing and lead generation strategies Technical Requirements: Reliable internet connection and computer Available during either 8am-11am EST or 6pm-9pm EST with some flexibility for additional times Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (preferred but not required) Personal Qualities: Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable.
