Online Business Manager to Help Visionary CEO Execute Funnels, Content & Launches Description: I'm a CEO and builder transitioning from real estate development to launching high-ticket coaching and digital education offers. I’m building an offer focused on fatherhood and legacy for high achieving entrepreneurs. I need an Online Business Manager who can help me get out of the weeds and turn ideas into execution. You will NOT be doing the implementation yourself—but you’ll ensure it gets done on time by coordinating the freelancers and systems. Responsibilities: • Manage tasks and deliverables for multiple funnels, campaigns, and product launches • Track progress in ClickUp or Notion and keep me accountable • Liaise with funnel builders, editors, and VAs to ensure timely execution • Maintain and update SOPs and systems • Prepare weekly reports based on KPI metrics (e.g. lead cost, funnel completion rate) • Own the calendar for launches and campaigns You’ll Thrive If You Have: • 3+ years as an OBM or integrator for online coaches or course creators • Experience with high-ticket offers, ClickUp, Kajabi or GoHighLevel, and evergreen or cohort launches • Strong communication and ability to filter chaos into structure • Availability for 2–4 strategy calls/month + async check-ins Start with: Please respond with an example of a project you managed from idea to launch, and what tools you used to do it.
