We’re looking for a highly motivated ad sales specialist with experience in direct digital ad sales to help us monetize our website, DMV-Written-Test.com. Our site attracts 1.2 million unique users per month and generates 12 million page views, primarily from U.S. drivers aged 16-70 who are preparing for their DMV exams. We currently rely on programmatic advertising (header bidding solutions) but are exploring direct ad sales to secure premium advertising deals We need a contractor-based digital ad sales specialist who can: ✅ Prospect & Pitch: Identify and contact potential advertisers ✅ Close Direct Ad Deals: Negotiate and secure display, native, and takeover ad placements. ✅ Work With Ad Tech: Help integrate direct sales into our Google Ad Manager (GAM) + programmatic setup. ✅ Manage Advertiser Relationships: Maintain and grow partnerships with advertisers over time. *Who We’re Looking For* ✅ Experienced Ad Sales Specialist: At least 3+ years in digital ad sales, ideally selling direct ad placements for publishers or media companies. ✅ Strong Network in Auto & Insurance Sectors: You should have existing advertiser/agency relationships in insurance, automotive, or related industries. ✅ Proven Track Record: You’ve successfully sold ad inventory (CPM-based, flat fee sponsorships, or direct deals). ✅ Comfortable with Performance-Based Pay: This is a commission-heavy role, with potential for ongoing work & bonuses. ✅ Basic Ad Tech Knowledge: Familiarity with Google Ad Manager, header bidding, and programmatic advertising is a plus. *How to Apply* To apply, please provide:
