Job Description: We run a dental clinic and are scaling our digital marketing using first-party data, Google Analytics 4, and Google & Meta ad platforms. We are seeking an expert in HubSpot, Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, Make.com and Stape.io (server-side tagging) to set up our automated audience infrastructure and campaign structures for implants, veneers, orthodontics, and general dentistry services. Note: We will handle the creative (copywriting, images, videos) ourselves. You are responsible for CRM optimisation, audience design, syncing, campaign structure, and workflow automation via Make.com. Scope of Work: 1. ✅ HubSpot Optimisation Audit and redesign custom contact and deal properties (much of this already exists, it just needs to be optimised) Implement properties to track: Interested treatment (veneers, implants, ortho, etc.) Funnel stage (TOFU/MOFU/BOFU) Booking status, treatment status, language, value segment, etc. Create smart lists for each segment (e.g. 'Implants – Form Submitted - No Booking' or 'Veneers - Consult Done, Treatment Not Started') Setup tagging rules to dynamically update lists 2. ✅ GA4 + Google Ads Audience Setup Ensure event tracking for all key actions: page views, form submits, bookings (many events are already being tracked by GTM/Stape, but others need to be created) Create GA4-based audiences for: Service interest (based on URL visits) Conversion stage Time-decay (last 7, 30, 90, 180 days) Sync these audiences to Google Ads using native GA4 integrations 3. ✅ Meta Ads Audience Setup Build Meta audiences from: Page view pixels CRM contact sync (email-based) Retargeting based on funnel stage Create seed audiences for lookalike expansion 4. ✅ Make.com Automation Setup Create scenarios that: Sync HubSpot lists to Google Customer Match Sync HubSpot lists to Meta Custom Audiences Trigger Google Ads audience updates automatically (via GA4 + HubSpot) Ensure all audiences are refreshed regularly and automatically 5. ✅ Campaign Structure Setup (Google & Meta) Build campaign shells for each key service: Implants, Veneers, Orthodontics General Dentistry (for lower-traffic services like extractions, dentures, root canals, being clumped into one campaign) Assign correct audience segments to each campaign Label campaigns clearly (e.g. TOFU, MOFU, BOFU, Upsell, Retention) Ensure full-funnel structure is represented in both platforms Use longer audience windows and grouping logic where low volumes exist --- Stape.io Server-Side Tagging: We collect first-party data via Stape.io (server-side Google Tag Manager). Please confirm experience with: Stape GTM setup for GA4 and Google Ads Consent Mode v2 integration Ensuring event reliability + audience enrichment via server-side tracking --- Milestones Milestone 1 – CRM Audit + Setup (HubSpot) 20% of total fee Milestone 2 – GA4 + Google Ads Audience Build 20% of total fee Milestone 3 – Meta Audiences + Lookalikes 20% of total fee Milestone 4 – Make.com Automation Flows 20% of total fee Milestone 5 – Campaign Shell Creation in Google & Meta Ads 20% of total fee --- What is Expected: Experience with Make.com syncing to Google & Meta platforms Deep knowledge of Google Ads retargeting + audience structure Ability to build robust CRM audience logic (HubSpot) Proficiency with Stape.io server-side GTM setup Fluency in TOFU/MOFU/BOFU logic and funnel-based ad structuring Ability to advise on handling low-traffic audiences with long windows or groupings --- To Apply: Share 2–3 examples of similar automations or audience segmentation systems you've built Briefly outline your proposed approach for this setup Confirm your availability to begin and estimated time to complete
